2010 Commonwealth Games and Poor Situation of Everything

From corruption to construction, from rain to roads, everywhere there are poor situation in Delhi. The organizers are badly failed to meet up their target & there are confusion if they can complete the works in time. There are many a reports of this bad situations. The estimated budget was $75 million(3.45 billion Indian Rupees), but many projects has not completed yet & budget exceed to 7.6 million(3.50 billion Indian Rupees). The roads have many pits, & the roads toward stadium have many pits & holes. Just see a picture outside of stadium.

The Countdown clock outside the CWG office has stopped, it failed to let the people know the time & date when visitors have started to come.This is really a tragic.See a picture

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, during a joint press conference with British Prime Minister David Cameron on Thursday, July 29, minimized the problems. "I have reviewed the situation with the Cabinet Secretary on Wednesday, and I am satisfied that all necessary preparations are in place and will be in place," he said. "We look forward to a very successful games."
